Mr Fothergills 21801 Little Gardeners My First Mini Greenhouse - Multi-Colour

My sons sunflowers are rapidly growing thanks to this. But tricky to assemble getting the fins into the slots but once it's together it's hard for it to come apart.

A lovely little present for a young kid. The design and construction are quite nice, and once put together, it looks absolutely precious sitting on a windowsill. Fill it with watercress, or small chives, and the mini greenhouse just looks super-adorable.It's really easy to put together, and once assembled is pretty sturdy, but wouldn't survive being tipped off the shelf by a nosy cat, or something.The receiver loved it, and it looks really nice.

3/4 stars.The actual product itself is fab! I was really put off from the reviews but ordered anyway. I think the little plastic green house slots together really easily and nicely. Lovely look to it also. Found the instructions easy to use and my son really enjoyed planting the seeds. We have now successfully grown baby plants following the instructions provided.Only downfall of the product is the first I received was a complete mess. Nothing was in the correct place, loose parts everywhere within the box. I thought it had been previously used so I sent it back for a replacement which came the exact same as well as a slightly damaged box. It was a gift for my son for Christmas but as he is only 3 it didn’t really matter but if I had brought it for another person I would have returned it.With that said the product itself I highly recommend.

Product is as advertised, however the only disappointment for me is that the greenhouse is made of flimsy and bendable, soft plastic, which I was not expecting: from the pictures I expected something a bit more robust. Works well, though and seeds grow very well in it.

I bought this item and have put it up straight away. It is supposed to be for children, but I got it for myself to start my seeds. I am not sure how long it will last. When putting it together it is a bit fiddly, and it is best to follow the instructions. I have planted cress, chilli and some herb seeds. Time will tell how they do.

Found it quite a good item for my granddaughter who is 6. Bought one for her and one for me to get seeds started off. Haven’t actually used it yet as been too cold but it seems as if it will do the job. A little expensive so I won’t buy any more.

This was a sweet handy little kit that did the job with my seedlings. Slight leak when watering but otherwise very good. Very sturdy I'll be keeping it to use for next year too.
