Not very good only got it Tuesday, second time using the green ban and it the snapped Not happy at all.

Great bands for a great price. So light weight as well. Really good resistance, and you can double or triple the bands up to make it even harder. I'm really sore in all the right places!

Very very weak resistance loop bands, wouldn't waste your money. Buy something higher quality and worth a bit more.
