Definitelly effective especially on menstrual pains, helped to increase and ease blood flow, but made me gain extra weight especially around waist.

Quite expensive but I feel it had happened with any symptoms I had. Hopefully won’t need to keep on using it but good to know it’s there

The lighter tablets are from Amazon and the darker tablets are from Holland and Barrett. Why the difference in colour!?

I usually check if bacteria in my probiotics is alive. This time test was negative, no any reaction after 2 days in warm milk. Upsetting!

These are making such a huge difference to my life! I have been having recurrent UTIs since March and by recurrent I mean every two weeks. I have had multiple hospital tests done and nothing can be found that is anatomically causing this, so the doctors are basically trying to put me on long term antibiotics. I decided to try these out on a whim to see if they would help me as I have been taking so many antibiotics I thought my system must be a bit worn out and to my surprise I haven’t had any UTI symptoms since.
