There was a leak . We exchanged for another and the same thing . Please do it but this as it will cost you labor and then you have to buy another one

Small showerhead
Let me start off by saying this set is absolutely beautiful. I love the way it looks and how easy it was to put on. The shower head is a lot smaller than it seems in the pictures though but I just bought a different rainfall shower head to go along with it and it works just fine and looks exactly like the one you get just wayyyy bigger. Over all it’s great for the price

Don't hesitate
I did a little bit of homework trying to decide what shower hardware to purchase. There is a lot of people pushing to stay with the American products from the well-known brands like Delta however the prices are pretty obnoxious for what you get. I ordered one from a big name brand and quality did not seem that great. For a third of the price I purchased this and it seems to be just as well made. It's fully installed and working in my bathroom and I have absolutely no complaints. Excellent water pressure.
