I'm starting to REALLY like Tiger's range of stands
For some reason, DJ and music stands are triple the cost of any normal stand. Stick 'DJ' or 'music' in front of the word 'stand' and manufacturers think they can bung a hefty price tag on it and inflate the price ten-fold. Not Tiger though.I have a number of stands for all sorts of kit - ranging from Quiklok stands (the industry standard which are extortionately priced) to the slightly more reasonable Samson and Stagg stands...Tiger go one step further and give you brilliant quality stands that are a fraction of the price of their competitors. One fine example being, this...It's identical in every way to another laptop stand I use for my Nord Lead rack. I say identical - it's not. This is better. It cost less and it comes with the option to mount it with clamps (included) on flight cases or the edge of your table. My other one did not have the clamps and - you guessed it - came in at double the price. The Tiger stand itself is solidly made and provides a solid, sturdy surface on which to rest your lappy or whatever you want. It is easily assembled and the width can be adjusted to 3 different sizes to accommodate a variety of items and instruments. It can be used, as seen, just sitting it on your desk - or it comes with a set of strong clamps that can be attached with screws in 2 different positions, to allow for the stand to be mounted on the edge of a desk or on a flight case or coffin. The arms your laptop sit on are covered in foam to protect your equipment and there are little rubber bit caps on the end of these ams too. Overall - there is nothing bad to say about this item - just positive, after positive, after positive. In use, the stand performs excellently - with a slight tilt forward so you can see the keypad without standing on tip-toes, and the foam arms with their rubber capped lips stop your laptop slipping off wonderfully.Tiger seem to be a relatively new player in the music field - but they already have one loyal fan. Everything I have bought off them so far has been second to none in quality and great value for money. Recommended.

Great value, sturdy, height and width adjustable stands
I am using these for Pioneer CDJ800 and CDJ1000, to hold them above Technics 1210 vinyl decks. My mate is buying one to hold his laptop above his Numark USB/MIDI DJ controller. The top level (Which your laptop / CDJ / Midi controller might sit on) has a rubber surface and front lip to provide grip and stop stuff sliding off.Width can be adjusted to approx. 23cm or 25.5cm or 28cm using the supplied extenders. The height adjusts quite a bit, with six holes in the top half of leg and six holes in bottom half. The holes are about 3cm apart. I have 4 holes lining up on each half of the upright legs and my minimum clearance is just over 24cm.I guess then the max setting would give min clearance of just over (24 + 3 + 3) = 30cm but with slightly decreased stability perhaps. The angle of the top level is fixed and slopes down towards you slightly. They allow plenty of access for scratching etc. on the Technics decks below, which was my main concern.I'm not using them at the max height, to increase stability.Scratching on the CDJ's on the top level, they do wobble slightly but not so much to worry about. They are far cheaper than the competition, look good (Cool tiger stickers!), height adjustable and fairly sturdy. They come with a choice of either either:A) long, flat feet, to slide under your other equipment.B) Nice little desk clamps, like G-clamps so you can bolt them to virtually any desk. The long flat desk feet have bolt holes in, so you could even bolt them directly into your desk if you prefer, though you'd probably need to by your own bolts for that... so why not just use the G-clamps supplied.Highly recommended by me then!

Good product, feels good to DJ on.
Ordered this as just got myself a controller to DJ on after selling the turntables and modernising myself!PROS: The stand is easy to construct. Adjustability is great, comes with 4x pads to protect your desk surface from scratching. Holds my notebook just fine, comes with the table brackets to hold the stand firmly to your desk. The brackets where very good, chunky & heavy duty. Finished in a nice matt black, it certainly looks the part too.CONS: The ONLY niggle I have, is, the laptop stand sits over my controller about 10cm as the width of my desk, isn't massive. To access the top knobs/controls is still easy but can be hard to see if you've got 'mood' lighting on. Also it is quite expensive for what it is, but still very happy with it as it finishes off my set-up nicely. Don't expect a 'solid' stand as this does the job for the bedroom, but wouldn't want to bring it to gigs due to not knowing the venue.

Tiger Stand Heaven
Absolutley one of the best buys I have bought on here, But I don't use it for a Laptop or decks. ??As I am a home composer, I needed more desk space, My Music keyboard was taking up way too much space,So I needed something to raise my keyboard above the desk and give me back that valuable space I needed. In comes the Tiger Laptop/DJ Stand, what a joy for me that after fitting the rod expanders which give it at least2 more inches in width, my behringer UMX490 49 keys ( which I bought on here also ) sits proudly above the desk, and I must admit, firmly and steadily, held on by the clamps supplied. So, Tiger Music, you need to change your description to.. Tiger Laptop/Keyboard/DJ Stand, as it works perfectly. My only problem was that I rushed in when I bought this, Tiger Music also do the same stand with a little shelf, whichwould have been the cherry on the cake for me, oh well, perhaps someday I may buy it.Pros: Very sturdy and strong and easy to put together.Cons: None whats so ever, does exactly what it says on the tin.
