Interesting and unexpected benefits
I give this 4 stars only because I haven't used it for long enough to establish how well it works, no reflection on the inhaler. I did find that it eased congestion and unexpectedly helped me while giving up smoking!!! Two reasons; I was still maintaining the habit I'd become accustomed to of inhaling something and the other reason, made me more aware of why I needed to give up smoking.

Seems expensive for what it is. Just a small container about 12cm tall with small holes at either end and salt in.

A must buy for asthma sufferers
A must buy for asthma sufferers. I had to come back a few months into buying the pipe to leave a review. I was really sceptical because it made 0 difference in the first week or so but I continued to press on. Then I gradually stopped using my blue inhaler completely (I still do preventive, morning and night as prescribed) but I no longer get wheezy in bed, or anywhere!! I cannot wrap my head around why I haven't bought this years ago. it completely eliminated my need for the blue inhaler and I am so happy. I have not used it for over 2 monthssss. I have mild asthma and it was usually the strongest during the night (or whenever horizontal) with wheezing and shallow breath. I hated it. I am in love with the fact it is now a distant memory and I will be back to buy a replacement so fast! I am a convert.

Good for natural support to clear airways
I've used this product for about a year now. It helps to clear my airways without CFC's .It comes in handy for additional use to my reliever asthma inhaler. It's helped me to keep to my relief inhaler use dosage,I use the salt pipe instead of taking extra unnecessary inhaler doses. It's also helped me to have less anxiety if my usual inhaler is running low and I have to wait for my prescription to be ready. Handy in Lockdown too.
