The product is less than desirable!
I am a home baker & I ordered TWO of these batter dispensers & they were delivered November 12th. The first one broke in the middle of preparing a cupcake order the first week in Decembet. The second one broke the beginning of Christmas week. The bottom white ring on BOTH of them came off & batter went everywhere. Needless to say, I will not be ordering a replacement for either of them. A disillusioned customer indeed!

Handle snapped with normal use.
It worked fine for a few uses. Then the clear plastic handle snapped when squeezing the trigger to dispense the batter.

Love it such a great tool. The grip and circle connector somehow cracked and broke, so now I have to force hold the handle to get the batter out. Not very sturdy. On the other hand there are plenty of measurements on the side.
