This is by far the best pillow I've ever used.Help relieved some of the symptoms of my rotator cuff and gave me an incredible sleep. So comfortable!I took some of the stuffing out as it was a little too high at first, and placed this in the bag it came in - very handy!If you want to sleep like you've closed your eyes and passed to heaven I'd highly recommend

I bought this pillow as iam a shift worker and love my sleep .I find that unlike most memory foam pillows you don't get over hot with this one .The pillow case is nice and soft, and the pillow gives you excellent support which aids a good quality sleep .The only reason I marked it down was because I found it really firm so not very comfortable but that is my preference.Added bonus my wife says it has helped with my snoring.Going to try supportie backs accupressure mat next .

I finally chose these pillows after much research. I suffer from fibromyalgia and chronic insomnia and my husband is currently in a lot of pain with a frozen shoulder so getting comfortable and a good nights sleep has been difficult for us....until now. The pillows arrived quickly and well packaged, rolled up in an individual breathable zip bag. As advised, I fluffed my pillow and was amazed at how quickly it plumped up. At this point, my husband was put off and grumbled that it was too big. However, I showed him how he could easily remove extra stuffing via the easily accessed zip if he wished and pat it into a shape that he was comfortable with. There was no odour that other reviews complained of. Nevertheless, I left them to air as instructed and couldn't wait for the next next night. Oh my! I love the way that my Supportiback pillow supports my neck completely (I'm a side sleeper so often wake up with a crooked neck) so there is no strain on my back, it is easily shaken and plumped up to rearrange the shredded memory foam the next morning and I am sleeping better than ever! To me, although they seem expensive at first (OH was bemused when I mentioned that it was £52 for 2 pillows!), they are no ordinary pillow and have completely transformed my sleep quality. I'm saving up for the leg rest to help with foot oedema, the ergonomic lower back support brace and the lumbar cushion!

I appreciate the manufacturer of this pillow wants to provide as much shredded memory foam as possible to ensure everyone can get the pillow to be the right thickness and firmness for them. They do achieve this, but there is a down side. When the pillow arrived it was RIDICULOUSLY thick and hard. By that I mean several inches thick and as hard as a rock. With all the stuffing in, the only way you would find this comfortable is if you happen to enjoy sleeping with your head on a breeze block.I had to remove two whole carrier bags (literally stuffed to bursting point) of memory foam before this pillow was even vaguely useable. This equated to having to remove something in the region of 65 to 70% of the stuffing. If you have a bad neck, you should be sleeping with your head as flat as possible. If that does not work, it suggests a problem with your mattress rather than your pillow. So I really cannot imagine who would want the pillow in the condition it arrives in. The reason I have a gripe over this is the cost. If the manufacturer used even just one third less memory foam, the product would be cheaper and the pillow would still have way more than enough stuffing for anybody to use. As things stand, the amount of stuffing used is just wasteful and inflates the price unnecessarily.Once I had removed most of it, the pillow was fine and was indeed comfortable, but I have enough memory foam left to make a bean bag bed for my very large pet cat now, who weighs 16 pounds. The foam was so squashed that much of it had clumped together in huge hard chunks that you couldn't break up, and removing it leaves your room looking like an explosion in a confetti factory. So, yes, it is a good pillow, but with a little less stuffing and a cheaper price it would be a GREAT pillow!

Really, this gets a 4.75 out of 5 because it’s not perfect but it’s the best I’ve ever tried.There are some crazy overblown reviews on here talking about how the pillows double or triple in size within 24 hours etc etc. Mine didn’t, it barely grew, but I ordered the one for front sleepers so flat is good.It felt very firm first couple of nights, too firm. It didn’t feel like torn memory foam, more like two or three solid blocks. But within three days my head had formed a small dent and from then on the endless neck pain, disturbed sleep and headaches stopped.A few months on and it’s softened up a lot. It now def feels like lots of tiny pieces of memory foam, and I have to plump it up and move it around, turn it over etc every couple of nights to keep it working but the point is is does work. It’s the absolute best pillow I’ve tried and the price is so good considering. It’s so nice to be able to sleep all night in comfort and without horrible neck pain. It’s so nice to wake up without a headache. Definitely recommend.

This is the third time I’ve ordered this pillow from the same seller, the first one in 2021 was fantastic, nice and plump, I had to remove some of the stuffing but it was fab, lasted about 18 months before I bought the second one and again in 2022 and again was great.Fast forward to this one, bought in December and it’s completely different, it’s a lot less fuller, i had to use half of the old pillows filling to top this up after a few nights as it was so flat. It’s lumpy and misshaped. A really disappointment from the first two.Now I’m left with an uncomfortable lumpy, misshaped pillow, for this one I’d give zero stars if I could
