First off - if you are in the UK this is shipped from Europe and has a German Plug on the end of the cable, so get yourself an EU to UK adaptor that is safe for a non-grounded device. ( I got one at the post office for £6.99)I am impressed by the performance of the amplifier in it's various modes, setting it up and finding your way around its on screen menus is copacetic.It out performs the much larger and older amp i have replaced it with in many regards, most notably in its Stereo and Mono modes when used with a turntable, CD or iTunes.All the decoding you need is there for the dobly, the dts and all that jazz you get on blu rays and so on.The upscaling to 4k works like a charm.The remote control keeps it simple, CEC compatibility means when you turn on the TV or other device the whole thing powers up.It is also very good looking on the shelf.
