Was clear wood, no knots or blemishes. Dimensionally accurate. A bit pricy, but it worked great for my purpose. Will order from them again.

I had to look back at my orders to see if I knew I was getting only one piece because I swear it was for two but that was a different seller. So I received one piece of poplar wood that measured 6”x12” and it is ready to work with. It’s perfectly finished for me to use. I might need to order another piece to make sure I have enough to make the project I’ve got in mind to create and with this beautiful piece of wood I have a good start on what I decide to create and I’m going to attempt to cut it out with my scroll saw. It’s awesome to be able to purchase a perfect piece of wood for a project that is in my mind to create something that doesn’t cost a fortune to try it so I’m grateful for sellers being here on Amazon for me to purchase the wood for my ideas for a reasonable cost and Amazon is great for everyone involved. I recommend this seller for your needs to and I hope you read the description so that you can order exactly what you want to invest in for your project. ** I put most of the reviews for different wood species here because often I am unable to put them where they go.The first box (half blind dovetail) from Wenge, and Black Limba. The Wenge on the front and sides, I also got from Cherokee.The second box, I made from Leopard wood from Cherokee It is accented and reenforced with Wenge miter keys from Cherokee. Top, Wenge from Cherokee. Again, nice wood.Third box (through dovetails), Black Limba font and back. Wenge sides. Top is ringed with Black Limba, center of top is Wenge--all from Cherokee. Best wood I can find.Forth box is Leopard Wood, with Wenge accent. Both woods are from Cherokee. The quality of all the wood I have gotten has been straight, flat, and nicely figured.In the fifth box I made, the Wenge ends and top inlay came from Cherokee.This is for ¾" X 24" Purple heart. This board was a bit twisted. I just jointed 1 face, then planed the other side to to match the jointed side. I may have lost ⅛ thickness. The result is the purple box with a cross on top.This review is for ¾" X 5" X 36" Leopardwood. Again, it is great lumber to build with. This resulted in a Leopardwood box, with Wenge dovetail Miter Keys, and Wenge top with Leopardwood inlays.Review for ½" X 5" X 24" Leopard wood, and ½" X 5" X 36" Maple. Both wood species from Cherokee were flawless. (It;s the maple box with edge to edge dovetails--mitered...come to think, the internal spline is wenge from Cherokee too.Review for ½" X 4" X 36" Wenge, and Hard Maple scraps from Cherokee. I just tried a "beaded Box.This review is for ¾" X 3" 24" Canary wood. It's the box with the Wenge handle, and miter keys. It's very rich-looking wood.The Urn is Walnut, with Wenge miter keys, and top. Cherokee again :)

I needed 8"×1/2" maple for drawer faces. I didn't realize that size was so hard to come by at the big box stores. This was exactly what I needed. It was a little pricier than I would have hoped, but again, the dimensions were hard to come by and I don't own a table saw. They came well packaged, without any warping, wich I was very concerned about. All in all, I'm very pleased with the purchase!
