OEM Paramount. Fits the PV3 perfectly!
It arrived in a sealed bag indicating it's an OEM Paramount part - their logo on it and the whole nine yards. It's very flimsy feeling cheap plastic, but for what I paid for it versus the metal handle, I can deal. I only need to clean out the grit from all of my pop-ups once every two years, so I'm hopeful that if I'm careful it will last me this clean out and at least another.
