Can I install in bathroom??

It’s rated IP20. Needs to be IP67 for a bathroom use I believe.

I only have a live and switched live. Do I need an extra live connection?

Yes you as the pir needs a neutral to operate. If cable is not to tight you should be able to tape 4 core onto original and pull through with ease but I would only suggest this if you are able to gain access from above just in case tape comes off.
