The rinseroo makes bathing my dog infinitely easier and so much faster. Yes, it can be tricky to get the water pressure right and yes, it balloons up sometimes, but overall it is easy to figure out and simple to use.Also, the customer service is wonderful, the stretchy attachment started to tear and Lisa sent a replacement as it was still under warranty. She was very responsive and helpful, it was great to have an owner that cares and follows through. I definitely recommend trying this product!

This product did not arrive as advertised. It was not a product that foamed. Nor did it clean away the soil on pots and pans. It did not make ovens sparkle. It did not budge the burnt on grease and grime...not even a little bit...no foaming bubbles. It was a tablet to be dissolved in water. It worked no better than plain water. I could not a contact number, so I responded to another advertisement in my email. They claimed that someone would be in touch to resolve the issue. I'm still waiting.

The media could not be loaded. So I have to say that overall this product really solved my issue with my tub to bathe my dog. I got the option with the rubber connector that goes around the faucet as you can see in the picture. The only issue is that it snaps off pretty easily. I was able to solve this by reducing the water pressure coming out, but that also impacted the pressure and amount of water to bathe him. So even though this product did solve the issue, it could be even more and better if it held on to the faucet more strongly. I was also very gentle to move the hose around because too much movement would also make it snap off. I unfortunately didn’t find many options for sale that worked with my faucet, so this will do but could be better. Maybe with more use I will also get a better hang of it :)

This is a nice product. The problem is the way it came packaged there was a bend in the hose. While using it in the tub it fits nice over the faucet and doesn't leak, but when you are using it you have to watch the way you move or turn it because that bend in the hose from packaging kinks and no water comes out. It makes it really hard to hold a dog and rinse when it keeps kinking and you have to adjust to be able to fully use it. Overall it is a nice product if not for that problem.

Does not fit over our bathtub faucet so I stretched it from the bathroom sink over to the tub. Wrapping the faucet with the blue wrap stuff is KEY. Must do that or the thing will slip right off. The wrap is reusable but must be hung to dry in between uses.The hose needs to be a foot longer no matter what. Even if we got the one that attaches to the shower head, it would still be too short!!! Don't skimp on the hose! Give people an extra foot to work with!ADVICE TO MFG: make a hose that is a lot more flexible. This is for a dog in a bathtub after all. It doesn't need to be a VERY stiff piece of cheap plastic garden hose stuff.The first time I tried to attach it over the diverter on the tub faucet (because it said I can do that), it ballooned up and popped off....and that was after wrapping pretty much the entire faucet with the blue wrap thing. AND the velcro tie thing. Next time I tried to attach it, I was pulling on it and the entire suction thing came off from the hose and I had to completely disassemble and reassemble it to get it back on.There is no way to turn it off or stop it. Must turn the faucet OFF. Must be careful because the hose is still full of water and will drain and leak all over a floor if you're not very careful.Hose is very stiff & clumsy.In a word, these are WAY WAY WAY to expensive for what they are. Good concept but extreme ripoff. A cheap piece of garden hose with a cheap plastic end on it....

I wasn't sure from the ratings if this would be worth the investment or not. I am pleased to report, it was! It's not hard to slip on over my faucet. I am developing some arthritis in my hands so I was concerned about how hard it would be to do. I need not to have worried about it. My dog is happy with it so I'm happy. It saves us a drive into town just to give her a bath and blow out. I bought a blower to use here for after the bath so now we are set for spa days.

I've bought this two times -First time, I used it 5-6 times for dog baths over the course of several months and it was absolutely perfectly and I was so excited at how easy bath time was now. Well then this last time (after only using it a handful of times) the rubber part ballooned and exploded off during the bath, while I had the dog shampooed! Ended up having to turn the shower on and he was traumatized. And once that thing comes off, you can't get it back on. So I bought another one, thinking it was just worn out, and thinking how amazing of a product it had been up till that point. Well then I use the 2nd one ONE time and during that bath the exact same thing happened - the thing ballooned and exploded! And came out of the tubing. Luckily that time I had the dog rinsed off by the time that happened. So I called Amazon Customer Service and they refunded me the money, and I ended up having to buy something else that screws in to the shower and hopefully that thing works. Super disappointed I hope they fix whatever that issue is

My daughter is stubborn with washing her hair in the bath. This has helped for rinsing. Have also used it to bathe my dog, though not as often.The wiggly end slips easily on to our bath spout and seals well with the velcro sinch. It drains well after use. The blue color is generally pleasing to look at.This works well for a chunk of hose with a flubbery attachment. It made bath time a little easier so I am very happy.

Very practicalSecures only if faucet is dry; I make sure to wipe it dry before use. Wish there was something to tighten it on when faucet is wet.this is in instructionsI use it daily.

It is cheap and awkward to use and falling apart after first use

This gets used 4 times and this part is falling to bits. Not truly happy with that idea. Loved it when it worked. A lot of money for only 4 times getting to use it.

If your tub spout has the plunger to change from tub to shower it doesn’t work. I had to use zap straps to get it to work for a minute. Suggest you try something else if you have the plunger on the spout. The sprayer is great though.

Rinseroo was easy to use and my dog enjoyed her bath. She was able to be washed and rinsed off really well thanks to this product. The attachment fit perfectly on my bathtub faucet and stayed on firmly. I highly recommend this dog washing hose.
