Solid Brass Rectangular Drawer Pull/Cupboard Door Handle (10cm)

We wanted something different and thought these handles looked fab! They do, they look great on the doors. However the screws have scratched the handles in transit, the screws snap when trying to put the handles on and the quality deteriorated... FAST! We’ve ruined our kitchen doors by screwing these unusual handles on, now we can’t really remove them as they have 4 holes in an abnormal place. Gutted.Update:So the after speaking with the company Goodanduseful Hooks Knobs and Knockers who sold the handles. They were excellent and advised me these handles are NOT lacquered, hence the discolouration. To get them back to their full glory they need to be polished with Brass Cleaner, I used Brasso. All the water marks came out and the handles are beautifully shiny again. It would have been helpful to know they are not lacquered and that they'd need proper cleaning as this makes a kitchen door handle pretty high maintenance, but they are worth it. If I was to buy more, I'd lacquer them before fitting them. We also purchased our own philips screws, which I would HIGHLY recommend if you buy these, two of the screw provided broke in the doors and we were unable to remove them!

Lovely, solid, heavy product which looks magnificent on my freshly painted old dresser. Make sure you drill pilot holes for the brass screws or, like all brass screws, you risk snapping them. These handles come unlacquered, just as they should and can be polished to a brilliant shine. Highly recommended.

Really excellent quality, weight and size (they're quite large) - lacquered finish too, so no need to polish.Not sure if they're made in Britain or not, but comparable quality to Victorian period castings.

These are beautiful! Solid and hardwearing. Bought them for kitchen drawers and they look magnificent. (devol kitchen handle rip off for a fraction of the cost)
