Great product, value for money.

I had a whole in my light cover, didn't want the expense of getting a whole new light which was what the mechanic told me I would need to do - This has worked spot on! It is slightly noticeable that you've applied the tape when looking closely but if applied correctly and only where needed you can make it look less noticeable! It lasted through months of rain etc however did come off slightly when jet washing the car - this is no issue though as you only use a small piece from the roll so there was plenty left to re patch it up!

We managed to crack the repeater lens on our car, which has a complex curve on it... and until the part comes in, we had to seal it up....This is a strong CLEAR tape, not at thick as I expected, but certainly strong. The adhesive is pretty powerful, and with a bit of skill (and trial and error) it is possible to get good coverage over cracks and small holes. As it is clear and not hashed / gridded like most car light lenses are, you can clearly see where the tape is up close as it has a different texture. If the damage is right above the bulb, you will clearly see that its a clear tape covering it at some distanceAs our damaged car repeater lens has some curves in it, it took a few goes to make sure there were no bubbles and creases in it, but we managed.We've done a few hundred miles in rain and sun, and it appears to hold very well -all in all, a pretty sound product for small (e.g. 1 cm) holes, or thin cracks, until you get the part repaired. there is plenty to cover small cracks or holes, so we'll keep the left overs for the future too.

Easy to use and very effective

It won't fix all your problems but you can reduce the obviousness of missing shards of lens plastic. Stays in place well, but you won't fool anyone on a close inspection.

Consiglio di mettere il nastro sia sul faro da riparare che su quello sul lato opposto.Il nastro non e' perfettamente trasparente, rende il faro leggermente opalino e se prima era lucido la differenza si nota, eccome.Ma se lo fate su entrambi i lati, anche sul faro sano, l'effetto e' molto migliore. Potete sagomare i pezzi di nastro per i due lati appoggiandoli uno sopra l'altro dorso su dorso e rifilandoli con le forbici, in questo modo saranno perfettamente speculari. Se anche resta qualche striscia trasparente la simmetria fa sembrare la cosa un effetto voluto.
