I make everything from scratch. The Allie’s does not bake well, stevia leaves an after, and erythritol makes things a little stiff. This does none of that even though it has some erythritol in it. Maybe it was the monk fruit that made thing stiff. This seems better and I don’t need as much when I make things.

I love the smooth taste. It is a great value for the money. One teaspoon for a large coffee, or tea.

Apple pie and some desserts with maple syrup flavor taste delicious with this product!

It did exactly as I needed

The manufacturer and retailer should be more upfront on the ingredients, led with Monk Fruit but erythritol is actually the primary non-sugar sweetener ingredient in this mix, an unhealthy choice. I can't return it so will donate to charity and never purchase from this brand again any where.

I love monk fruit sweetener because it’s one of the few low cal alternatives that actually tastes like sugar. I haven’t baked with it yet but I love it for my coffee, lattes, smoothies, etc. I’ve even eaten with strawberries instead of sugar. It’s an easy sun without a nasty aftertaste or chemical under taste or weirdly sweet flavor.

I really lke this and tried it b/c one of my friends loves it as a sweetner. It is not quite as sweet as cane sugar, but it is definitely sweet. If you're baking, you might need a bit more sweetner than usual to get to the same spot.

I am so bummed. I ordered the organic confectioners swerve to make keto cupcakes for my friends baby shower. The bags came busted open and got wet somehow too so I can’t use the sugar. And this item isn’t eligible for return. Not a very happy customer.
