I love this product histamine block I suffer from histamine intolerance gluten Ataxia and salicylates intolerance also this works great for my histamine intolerance I started with one with every meal and now take 2 a day one in the morning 15-30 mins before breakfast and then again 1 before dinner hopefully I can get down to one a day in the morning. Yet this is the highest DAO amount per capsule I have scene wish for the price I got more yet its worth it if it works well. Then with every meal I take another enzyme by another company intolerance complex by enzyme science. And between these and bravado labs wonderful HISTAMINE BLOCK things are going great on my new way of eating n living so thankful I found these. I can not take the histamine resist due to my other allergies n intolerances. Yet I cant recommend the Histamine Block enough, has helped digestion and skin ect so much with no side effects.thank you

Not a cure-all for eczema sufferers but does tone down skin reactions from food. Bought because I know my eczema is triggered by histamine. Wasn't positive whether it was helping at first but then when I went without the tablets for a couple days and got more itchy during meals I knew it was effective.

In my observations this product has had a profound effect on my histamine levels and ability to tolerate foods and beverages that I’m “allergic” to. This product has helped to have more consistent BMs and reduces the frequency and intensity of hives, mucus, and brain fog. Overall, I would highly recommend this product as a digestive supplement. (It may be helpful to also take a non-drowsy antihistamine such as Claritin (Walgreens generic brand), digestive enzymes (NOW Super enzymes), and lactase enzymes (Walgreens generic) with this product to maximize effectiveness. I’ve also noticed that the DAO level is greater in this product than it’s competitors, which, for the price, is amazing!

Although this product did not work out for me I have to say I'm pretty impressed. I took the first capsule and my body did not handle it well. I decided I didn't want to chance anymore so I contacted the company via email to request a refund. Within a couple of hours they sent a refund and emailed me back wishing me well. There was no questioning, no complaint, no delay, just the company apologizing for my experience and letting me know it's been refunded. After the reviews I read in here I was worried there would be an issue with the company backing their product and refunding as promised but there was no issue at all and I am completely satisfied. I was not able to use this product but I will still be referring friends to it. Thank you, Bravado Labs. I gotta say I'm impressed.

I have severe chronic illness and unfortunately spent money on this brand thinking it would work like the other brand I have gotten, but it did nothing .. I am so disappointed and sad cause I spent money I could have used for Lyme treatment or for food. The other DAO enzyme i took has less DAO enzyme on the label, yet this one is as if there is none in it at all. When I bought it it said I could return it which is why I was comfortable trying it, but now it saying "not eligible for returns"! I got it 3 weeks ago! I wish I could return it as I am not employed and this was a vital part of my recoveryI took it with several meals and each time, it did nothing. I also got the one with the rice in it which is not the one I ordered. I was fine with that aspect. each time it didn't work, I gave it the benefit of the doubt that maybe there was some other variable but because the results were repeatable so many times it's undoubtably the supplement that is not working.I will have to email them and see if they will take it back cause I have $2 in my bank account. I can't afford to throw $35 away. I need to treat my chronic conditions 😪😣😢

I'd been using another product that cost twice as much and wanted to try Bravado Labs Histamine Block to support eating with my histamine intolerance issue. It worked fine. I take it about 10 minutes before a meal when I know I'm going to eat something with higher histamine content that could produce a reaction (for me, hives or itchiness). If I know I'm going to eat something that will be very reactive in my system I'll take 2 capsules before the meal, but 90% of the time I only need 1 capsule to do the job.

Have taken this 3x since it arrived early. +Each time ive itched more than without it? Looked at add'l ingredients & see Vit C added! Why? Why cant they make plain DAO without all the other garbage that people with excess histamine cant ingest? If i want quercitin & other things I'd buy mixed. People with food allergies SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIND PLAIN DAO without Vit C, celluloses ( tree pulp), some people have tree allergies. Not very bright on manuf part.
