Maegoo Smartwatch is well compatible for most android smartphones, there are two QR Code in User Manual, Android 5.0 QR Code is for phone whose system 5.0 or higher 5.0, and other QR code is for smartphones less than 5.0 . So, before you use the smartwatch, you have to download APK which is compatible for your phone system.
