I use this under a 100% cotton bedsheet. To connect it to earth I lay it over an earthing mat. Although the earthing mat would probably be sufficient on its own, I wanted a larger area and its definitely made a difference. The first night I had lots of vivid dreams but that settled down and now I have the most amazing deep sleep. It does need hemming at the edges to stop it fraying. I washed it by hand and it dried by itself within an hour or so. Much better value than the fitted sheets. Fantastic.

Great to use as a grounding blanket or cover for a pillow for people who are electro-sensitive. Bit crinkly at first but does soften after use.
