Q: Would it be easy to fold down every day?

Yes. Takes about 3-5 minutes once you get the hang of it! we folded it down once a week when our grandson went home. 4 sides and 4 poles to fit in to them. remember to thread through the corner loops in bottom mat if you are using it.

Q: Why doesnt my baby dan square baby pen click in at 90 degrees on the corners?? Am I missing something??

Hi,When you first put it together the corners do seem out of line by ten to fifteen degrees. It perplexed me as well. We have left one of them up at my son's house now for weeks and it seemed to be at 90 degrees now.The other, we only put up when we are looking after my grandson and then only very occasionally. Each time it appears very slightly out of true, but as long as it is only a very few degrees it is ok and seems to right itself after an hour or so. There are little arrows on ours which again don't quite line up.Paul

Definitely not square. We have it in place and set up such that it is 106cm x 206cm.

Q: Does anyone know how to take it apart? I need to reconfigure it for Christmas.

The thicker columns with the triangular tops need to be pushed up until the bottom clears the bottom edge. Then pull the column out of the top triangular bit.
