My order was missing items
Crib was missing rail hanger , I had not noticed it because when it was bought we did not open it to assemble right away, upon getting closer to our due date, we’re assembling it recently and we noticed the rail hanger for the canopy. Not sure if this product was sent to us used but we paid a pretty penny for it to be missing parts.

When first arrived it didn't come with all the hardware, I let Amazon know and they sent me another one right away. My granddaughter loves it, especially how it fits well in the room not taking allot of space.

HORRIBLE SETUP INSTRUCTIONS
Would it kill them to put some damn words on the instructions? Or how about a video online? This crib is a pain to setup.
