Only 1 top that is glow in dark. The top is meant to stay attached to bottle with a plastic ring.

Q: I will be using this in my car as a delivery driver. Is this completely leak-proof and spill-proof when the top is screwed on tight?

This urinal is a great product ! At times a little hard to get threads started...as with most plastic bottle caps. Haven't tried to turn it upside down. Buy one and test the seal with water...send it back if it leaks. The cap contains a water-proof insert to create the seal. You could easily make one from some other material to ensure a perfect seal.

Q: Is it safe to use bleach to clean it?

I would use a disinfectant instead of bleach. You can use bleach, but it will yellow and weaken plastic.
