Manuka honey may be thicker than the honey you're used to because of all the delicious health benefits packed into it. These travel packets are so convenient, but the wonder syrup can be stubborn. I've discovered gently balancing the packet on the brim of the mug while my tea steeps makes the honey a little more runny. Simply snap the packet in half and squeeze every drop of heavenly manuka into your cup. If you forget to "steam" the packet before your tea is done, giving the packet a quick skinny dip will also do the trick!

Firstly this brand of honey is tasty & I like it. But somehow I missed the description that it contains individual small plastic envelopes with the honey. Terribly hard to get it out, messy, sticky & I would not recommend this ever. However this brand of Manuka honey in a jar is good & worth it in a different presentation for sale which I have purchased previously twice.
