Strong, sturdy & supportive.
Holds my weight comfortably, was a bit nervous at first but they serve their intended purpose & are reasonably comfortable too.

Unusable
They have a ridiculous design flaw. When you hang there is a metal hook covered with thin fabric that your feet sit on with the entire weight of your body. I was hanging up there just to test them out for about 20 seconds and when i came down i had 2 bruises on the top of my feet that lasted for days....and i don't bruise easy. They couldn't have tested these if they let them leave the factory like this, they must have just looked at them and went "ye that will probably do it" lol.

Allow you to row and properly hit your lats
I saw a guy wearing these in my gym hanging from a chunup bar and doing rows from the ground with a light dumbell. Like chinups, or lat pulldown but lighter, so less of your muscle mass is activated.With these boots you can emulate exercises but in a way that makes you grow at a more controlled pace (who needs fast muscle growth!), AND have everyone in the gym admiring your ingenuity.Buy these boots now.
