I was concerned reading the reviews where people say it didn’t have a cap - it does ! The blue collar has to be screwed down to sever the white plastic top off which then forms the cap. This is a sterile seal. The product is great and very effective in nebulisers .

Great price saline which is to be used in an inhaler. Bottle has to be punctured or cut at the top and there looks like no way to seal once opened. There is a blue clip that fits over the top but this is open at the top. We use cling film held in place be the blue clip which works ok.

Extremely good value when you consider the price of some nasal sprays. Just refill your spray bottle with this and you're good to go.The bottle also has an internal tear-shaped pouring spout on the opposite side of the label which is handy for smaller nasal spray bottles. Some people have problems with the lid, you have to tighten the blue cap all the way until it clicks which will break the bottle seal. The bottle is not water tight when the cap is put back on, but the bottle info states you are meant to throw the unused portion away. I will keep it upright and I think it should be okay to keep though.

When I purchased this I had no idea how much use this massive tub of saline would go through....My son had accidently rubbed oregano oil in his eyes and this helped to clean and heal him up in no timeI got piercings and this solution helped me to "bath" my studs a couple times a day for nearly two weeksThe solution was great for cleaning body jewellery... I just left the bars in the solution and voila... the dirt just melted away.This is great to have if you have kids who may be susceptible to falls and grazes.... cleaning the wound with saline prior to treatment cools it and helps to cleanse itYou can pop this in your empty nasal sprayer as an economical and value for money refill... this is excellent value for money and having it on deck is a must!

These bottles don't have a lid, u have to cut open, I bought a cheap reusable 1L bottle to fill this into. Will last ages as I mix a droppers worth with other 6% saline in a nebulizer each time. Very pleased, unbelievable value & recommend

The size is good but I don’t like the cork. Should be a way to manage with the syringe but I didn’t get it.
