Nice size for kids lunchbags
Purchased to keep my kids sandwiches cool for school. Nice size although I use two packs in my son lunchbag as there only small. There is writing on the ice packs themselves advising you which way they need to be ie food side and lid side. Would recommend and nice size to use if you need. Ice pack in first aid, although they are solid
