I contacted the GSEICE website chat after the handle was broken off my machine and they responded within a couple hours and said they would mail me a replacement handle free of charge. My order date is over a year old and they were still willing to expedite a free replacement. I am very happy with their customer service. I highly recommend this company and the product is performing great for over a year. We just had an over zealous customer use the handle to hard. Makes amazing slushies!

Got the machine on May 26th. Worked very well until a few weeks ago. I'm familiar with other brands and have never had problems I couldn't fix with slushy machines. This one, which still looks brand new, stopped working in mid July. There is no way in my experience to reach customer service and I researched online and asked other people and tried a couple different things but it won't work anymore ....

We bought this machine in July 2023 and it worked great until June of 2024. It has a 12 month warranty and we contacted the manufacturer. They have been very responsive and will be shipping us the replacement parts needed to get the machine back up and running. They have been easy to deal with. We are looking forward to getting it running again. Our kids love the machine.

We use this for our mobile bar service & our guests loveeee the option of frozen cocktails.

So far I love this machine. It is very user friendly, freezes easily and quickly. On our fourth use, the gear in one of the motors did break. I was able to get ahold of GSEICE customer support through the what’sapp and they were able to assist me in sending me a new gear. Their customer service was quick to help and shipped the part the same day

We received our machine, but it did not make slushy . Contacted by customer service and they sent out parts. They coached my husband and I how to replace what they thought was the problem. When it did not work, they sent new machine . Love our slushy and margaritas! Recommend for anyone to purchase.

Bigger than picture n description. Also difficult to get it to make slush . Read directions . Not exactly precise or clear. Can’t call them no real number to China. E mail still no response? Got it as low temp of course Celsius come on why not Fahrenheit? Sold in America not China! Anyway crate n box can’t be saved so how can you send it back? Love to know cuz I would!!!

When we received it it was cracked. It also only worked once and then stopped working.Second one I received was cracked as well
