No. it fixes in several heights very safe can sit on it Does not slope.

IT's in the spec of the item. But, the max low is 385mm = 15.3/8" , Height max is 535mm = 21" I use mine every day when I'm sitting down very sturdy and very easy to adjust. hope this helps.
