This sketchbook is excellent. The 110 gsm paper is lovely to draw on. You get 86 sheets of it too which is really good value for money as you won't run out any time soon. I have only had it a week and so far I have only used it for pencil and soft pastels, I have not yet painted on the pages. I imagine it would be fine though, as one time I sprayed way too much fixative on one page and it didn't buckle, my drawing survived too. I bought this as I'm starting an art course soon and wanted an affordable personal sketchbook to use to practice with in my own time. When I eventually do fill this, I will definitely buy another.Seller was fantastic too, book arrived on time and in perfect condition

So far I've tried it with pens, watercolours and alcohol markers and it does a good job with each as long as you don't want to use the back of the page. Markers do bleed through a bit but not onto the next page, so to be safe I just put a blank sheet behind the page I'm using. It has never been stained so far. I really like that, while perforated, the pages are still well attached enough that I don't have to worry about them coming off, as someone who will only remove sketchbook pages if I make a really big mistake. The sketchbook really gets my inspiration going...maybe it's because it looks so neat and professional. Either way I'm really happy with it and I'd buy it again!

I have to say this is a great little sketchbook, it's great for sketching in. My only irk with it was the pages are very thin and overtime your drawings become very smudged due to the friction between the pages and bad paper quality. I'm possibly being a little pedantic but you can definitely see the low quality. Also since I'm making this review a few years after my purchase, I can say the sturdiness is a little questionable but this can also be put down to the way I've handled the book. The ring binder overtime has started to unravel at the top and bottom leaving some pages bent as they are no longer attached to the binder. There are probably ways around this and I know some artists don't mind a bit of wear and tear on their sketchbooks. I would say if you're not bothered about quality paper and just need a nice sketchbook this is probably for you. If you're wanting quality however, I would buy a different book

I got one of these at work to sketch out designs in my work as a UX designer and thought it was absolutely brilliant.My daughter is turning into quite the artist and we have A4 sheets of paper littered around the house with her drawings on, so I thought I'd buy her one of these books so she can keep them all in one place.The sheets of paper are quite thick, perfect for sketching, and they are perforated so you can rip out a sheet if you want to. The hard cover protects the contents and the rings feel tough and certainly don't seem like they will break.An excellent sketch book - fully recommend.

Exactly what I was after. I was worried it would be bad paper. But no. This is hardback with plenty of paper that is fairly thick. Great tooth, I believe it is called. The paper is perforated, which is really nice. I only use pencil or other dry colours however my ex used to use these exact books and used felt tip. It will bleed through with wet colours but will look OK on one side.If u use charcoal give it a gentle spray with hair spray and let it dry before closing it.

I like the quality and texture of the paper, it is solidly built and doesn't look tacky. However my sister stole it from me so I must by another. It is what it is.

Excellent for a sketching. The only draw back is it runs out to quickly! Son at college loves it.

I bought for myself but my daughter is making use of it. Great quality paper. Would buy again!

Ein tolles Skizzenbuch.Die Blätter sind etwas von der Farbe gelblich und weisen eine leichte Struktur auf, stört mich aber nicht.Es hat ein Hardcover und das Buch ist robust.Ich zeichne viel mit Tusche, Bleistift, Kuli und Aquarell und bin sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität der Blätter.Man kann sogar ganz gut mit Copic Markern darauf malen.Ich bin rundum zufrieden mit dem Produkt.

Rien a dire, acheter ce Carnet pour ma fille, il est costaud, le papier pour un usage simple est de bonne qualite. A present.....un "Pro" demandera peut-etre "plus" au niveau du papier, mais en ce qui nous concerne le papier est correct pour l'usage que ma fille en fait.Prix tres correct aussi, et donc bon rapport qualite-prix!
