Can i remove and change keycaps and how many keys does it have?

No idea, but would advise that the battery life is poor on the mouse, and keys are hard to see, even when illuminated

How loud are the keys? I'm looking for a mechanical feel but without the noisy clicks.

The keys have a clicking noise but not extremely loud similar to the mechanical brown and red switches.
