Perfect Fit for 2008 Highlander
They appear to be pretty similar in look and quality as OE, but very inexpensive. I used a plastic trim remover and the installation was simple. To remove the old weatherstripping, I suggest looking at where the tabs are and use a trim remover to push them in towards the interior of the car to release them. They'll just lift off after the tabs are released. Listen and feel for 3-4 clicks when installing the new pieces to seat them properly. Took about 20 minutes to install all four pieces.

Simple install
Very easy to remove and install.Watched a quick YouTube video prior to doing the installation.Took less than 30 minutes to remove the old ones and put the new ones in.Looks just like the original.

For 2009 Toyota Highlander
This was an easy to install item. Watched YouTube video prior and was able to replace all four windows without difficulty in approximately 30 minutes. I did clean the windows and seals and that took some time.
