This is my Favorite Risotto on Amazon, Flavor is amazing and so easy to make, my kids love it and they don't even taste the mushrooms

It may not be my mother’s risotto but it’s as close as a package will ever get. Hearty & satisfying as a side or, all by itself for a nice hot lunch. Good value.

To much salt in it

On the Amazon page where I bought this item from, they show a completely DIFFERENT picture of the back of the package! It gives no warning it may contain LEAD and CHEMICALS!The pictures I show here is the package I received SHOWING the warning. I wrote Amazon, saying if you still want to sell this product, you should at least show this warning on your website page.We shall see what Amazon will do?

I love this Risotto, very easy to cook and tasty. Only thing I would change is that it is a little bit salty!

This risotto is excellent. I sautéed an onion and a few extra porcini mushrooms and added it to the rice. It was delicious. I would say it feeds three people nicely but if you are a big risotto fan, only two.

Love this product, being of Italian background I know the taste of what risotto should be.This brand is great for making it taste like homemade.
