The first one that I had became faulty and would not tighten onto my GoPro. I contacted Maxgear and they were very quick to send me a replacement product.The product feels of high quality and attaches to the underneath of the Garmin out front mount with the provided screws. You need to put some washers in between though, because the screws were slightly too long and could scratch the Garmin when you twist it into the mount.You get a hex key and screw to secure the GoPro, but I assume it is the same size as the GoPro thumbscrew, so you could use that if wanted.Footage is very good and not shaky at all. 5/5

Bought this in an attempt to add a GoPro compatible mount to the underside of my Canyon out front mount for my H36 aero cockpit.This worked perfectly. The mount delivered did not look the same as the photo here, it was on a round base with 4 mounting holes so would also work in a wahoo configuration if needed. However the screws were perfect length, and it's all mounted up, a super neat solution.

Certainly much neater (and i suspect stronger) than my previous handlebar clamp mount... which broke!Slight downside on my road bike is it lowers the camera into a location where the cables are quite prominent. As I only really use it on the road bike for "in-case of" situations that's not too much of an issue. Don't think this will be the case when fitted to my mountain bike though, it'll be in front of the cables / brake hoses on that.I have added a picture of the camera and computer sharing the mount, and a picture showing a still from go-pro footage which I think highlights what I have said about the cable issue.4 stars instead of 5 because of the comparability with my existing mount (luckily I had ordered the other version of the mount for a second bike anyway) and for the fact it brings the cables into a prominent position on my road bike.

Doesn't fit the 2020 Garmin official out front mount as the screws are too short. Could take a saw to the Garmin mount but really don't want to do that! It does work the on the top if youre happy to sacrifice being able to use the Garmin and make a bodge to fill the gap (I used some bits of rubber)

The mount is well designed and well made and has held my Hero5 Session perfectly on relatively bumpy UK roads. I fitted the mount to a k-edge mount and although it says it is not compatible all I had to do was buy some stainless steel 14mm long countersunk M3x0.5 bolts and nyloc nuts to secure the mount - these cost £1.25 inc. postage from eBay.. It's worked flawlessly and I've ridden for about 500km with no problems.

Allows you to have the camera mounted under your Garmin on the out front mount (or similar) making it neat and more aerodynamic than having two mounts. It's a shame you can't use it on a Wahoo mount though (Wahoo's fault as the screw fit is placed differently).

Seems sturdy but as other reviews have mentioned the included screws a couple of mm too long so they snag on the back of the garmin when it is in the mount. I fixed this by putting rubber washers I had lying around between this and my outfront mount, but the manufacturer should either include them or include screws that are the correct length.

Fitted this to the bottom of my official Garmin out-front mount. The hole centres line up perfectly. The supplied screws were a little long and fouled the bottom of the Garmin when I tried it in the mount, but a thin rubber shim between the camera mount and the Garmin mount fixed this. Seems to hold the camera securely.
