These are seriously good. Not too sweet and not too bitter.

I needed iron and these bars give you quite a bit in one serving. They are smooth and dark and delicious.

I am an avid chocolate lover, and this has become my go to favorite. High quality, great taste, good price and far better than any large generic brand. I strongly recommend it to anyone who loves chocolate, or if you want to cut back on sugar or dairy without giving up a chocolate treat.

These are good with 88% cocoa

This is my favorite chocolate, I always buy when I see at the store. I eat daily. I found at the Amazon and why not order bulk! I was so exited to open then I was so shocked when I see the how they look. That looks familiar when I forget and stored for long long time in a cabinet. It seems like melt long time ago, disformed, discolored, Powderly textured and no flavor. Sadly, Amazon wont accept return. Just waste of my money.

I started eating dark chocolate because of the purported health benefits; however, I have come to prefer its taste over milk chocolate and anything less than 85% dark chocolate. This brand has no bitter or aftertaste.

Comparing this to similar chocolate, I'm giving this 3 stars because of two things. One is the amount of Cocoa. It says 88% but that is confusing because a true measure of purity is the amount of Cacao. Cocoa is Cacao mixed with other ingredients. Cacao is the healthy fat that the chocolate bean produces and is the substance that is good for humans. The product does not state the Cacao content but the quality compared to similar chocolate is just not there.The second thing is the shape of the bar and the individual squares. The squares are arranged in a large "bump" in the middle and this arrangement makes it extremely difficult to break into even pieces. What happens is the entire bar shatters and small pieces go flying everywhere. This may not be important for those who will eat the entire bar at one time but I use chocolate as medicine to help with sleep so it's important to me.
