I bought these for my dad. He refuses to get knee replacement so he has to wear a brace on both knees daily to help him walk. He was getting sores on his legs from the braces. I bought these sleeves for him and he's great now. He said they are breathable, he doesn't feel hot wearing these under his pants. They fit comfortably, not too tight, but stay in place and don't slip down.

I had knee surgery and had to wear that horrible brace for 2 months. These sleeves were a good option to help avoid irritation from my straps. They stay up pretty darn good and were comfortable as I even had to sleep with my brace on. They are smooth and so they won't help keep your brace up - but honestly nothing does. The package of 8 was a super great value. I was pleased.

The knee brace really irritated my skin and was very scratchy. With this sleeve it is supporting my knee without irritation. I would definitely recommend.

These are great to wear under a knee brace to prevent blisters. They wash and dry great. I would recommend air dry then fluff in your dryer.

found that depending on the color of the sleave the reliability is different. The grey ones seem to stay in place better. However, when they are where they are supposed to be makes wearing my brace a lot more comfortable.

-Fit mostly well, but a little tight on upper thighs (I'm size 10/12 and I got these in XLarge). Probably depends on how high you place them. Wasn't too uncomfortable though.- has a rubber non slip section at the top to keep it from falling down-nice soft material-Great deal if only needed for one leg. I tore my acl and used these under my brace.

These are great for what they are. 4/5 stars only becuase I was purchasing to wear under a brace (works great for that) but I was wanting something to stop my leg brace from sliding under my slacks. I had ACL surgery and wearing the brace under my slacks is a problem as it tends to slide. These did not prevent that.PROs: Size was perfect. Used a large (17.5") on my 20.25" leg and it is very comfortable. No issue wearing for long periods. Live in a hot climate and no issues with leg overheating. I like the fact that you get multiple with differnt colors. I still wear under the brace as it is no worse than ont he skin directly and it is more comfortable that skin contact with brace. Easily washed (so my wife tells me) :). I will plan on wearing this after my brace comes off for a little added support and think they will work great for that. Overall happy with the purchase.

I play soccer and have to play with a brace. Tried this with my new brace and not only it controlled the sweating but it never slid down and kept the brace in place.the silicon at the top keeps it firm in place.
