Works with my Friedland doorbell
I have an old Friedland doorbell, expensive at the time, still working perfectly. The door push stopped talking to the bell unit and I found out that Honeywell have some push switches to work with my unit. All you have to do is delink whatever button was there beforehand and then link the new button - just a couple of presses on the bell unit (manual is online). Put the button where you want and you are good to go.

Easy to fit
Easy to fit, easy to setup with the chime unit, can't change the led colour like I thought but I don't press it so not important. Slight delay between pressing the button and the chime ringing but I think all Honeywell units are the same

Very good, but not easy to install
Once installed, it functions very well.Instructions were somewhat inadequate, so had to phone supplier for assistance.Very helpful staff member on phone explained clearly how to install. Now worksperfectly.

Not reliable after a year or two
After having worked perfectly for a year or two, it's now become unreliable: it requires a very hard push to ring the bell (and got the red confirmation ring lights up), but most visitors don't know to push very hard. The button 'clicks' as if it worked, but it really doesn't.I've now had this happen to two buttons.

Love this door bell. Nice size and at night the outer ring lights up nicely.

Smart looking door bell-push
I like this a lot in terms of design aesthetic. However, it's a replacement for one that failed after about two years. So whether this was a one-off problem or a design fault remains to be seen. I shall update this review accordingly in due time. But the fact that I'm prepared to give it another go tells you that I very much like the design. There is one practical problem, which is that, because it doesn't really look like most standard bell pushes, some callers don't realize there is a door bell at all. But that's hardly Honeywell's fault.

Very easy to set up
Lightening fast delivery! Very easy to set up. Completely wireless doorbell. Was advertised on other websites almost double the price so was a bargain
