Save a lot money and time
Some time hotel door locks has issue and you are not able to open with key or computer box . Guest need to go in room and won’t open door , you have choice break lock or mass with door , but after found this tools , we save l a lot time and money , only we need is practice, it’s hard to use first time we need a lot patient and practice , one’s you figure out how to open its easy after that we are able to open door less than a minutes now! I recommend this to my friends ! I love this tools .

For anyone that works in a hotel where guest room doors have lever handles, this tool is a must for having on hand... especially if your electronic locks for the guest rooms have the batteries INSIDE the door.At MY property we have Onity locks, so only occasionally helpful... but for a property with Vingcard locks, as is the case for why I purchased this, just one call to have a locksmith come open a door because the batteries went dead would cost twice as much as having the tool on-hand.This thing really does work... I first found out about it while assisting at a different property one night and we had to call in a locksmith to get a guest back into the room. The locksmith paused to use the restroom and while he was in there, I took down the numbers from what he left outside the restroom door.Even if not MY property, the GM there is a friend, so I ordered one for her. As many times as it has been used, I KNOW it has saved her a couple of thousand dollars of wasted expense to call out a locksmith in the workings of that property.

Love this tool, I use it frequently. Only thing I do not like it the cable has a plastic coating and after a couple uses it starts to come off

Great for doors where the locks go bad
Every hotel engineers should have this handy but it should always be kept in a safe place. It should be kept in a security office or an office whit cameras So you can know who is taking this out and returning it.

Worked Once
The unit worked when I needed it. I did a practice try on an unlocked door worked fine. On the locked door I got it open but the cable broke almost all the way through on one door. Cheap material for the price.
