Q: can you dis asemble to pack in suitcase?

You cannot take apart, but it folds almost flat to about five or six inches.

Q: can wheels be added to this?

I am an occupational therapist. I have used the Carex brand for years and I would think that wheels could be added and may be available through Carex. However, wheels may make this device unsafe for a person that only has use of one arm.

Q: Does it fit thru doorways?

It fits through doorways very good

Q: Would 1” wheels for a Walker fit into the bottoms of this Walker?

I would not advise retro fitting this type of walker with wheels as it is meant to provide stability while taking steps
