Can print A4 paper card 250gsm?

Manual says it will print epson matt paper heavyweight - you may want to google this to see how thick it is

Is the ink for this printer resistant to fading? my current epsom uses the cheetah inks and fades after a few years. which i am not happy about.

Hello Jason I did wonder on that myself. I've left a picture by the window for the past 5 months and it still looks fresh. Would have to give it a few years to really test it and these eco-tank printers haven't been around that long yet. I do think any ink will fade eventually in direct sunlight.

Does have a build in stapler?

no it does not have a built in stapler but as a two sided printer plus photo copier it is a very good machine
