Company replacement was much better
Edit: after the review the company contacted us personally and sent a replacement. Very please with the new one and the excellent customer service.We order this for our daughters birthday, gave it to her 3 weeks, later never opened. Turned it on, sound quality was not great but she enjoyed it so we just let her play. By the end of the day (5 hours later), the sound went out. Tried new batteries and still would not play. We tried to return but they only have us 1 month return window and we had bought it way in advance of her birthday. Now we are stuck with it and a very disappointed girl. Not happy with it at all.

Was working great till no longer...
The media could not be loaded. I should've listened to the comments. So my first order had to be returned because I was sent a used one when I purchased for brand new. I got a refund and re-ordered and I swear I received the same one but I decided I didn't want to go through that again. I tried it to see if it worked and it did, for an insanely short amount of time. Stopped working same day. Sounds worked but movement was no more. I'm so disappointed this was for my daughter's 1st birthday and for the price expected it to be worth it. Absolutely not I'll continue my search else where.

not what I had hope for. the mimic sound very weird and not very clear. you can barely hear what it said when they repeat your words. There's only two setting for music playing which is very boring compared to other product I had seen. for 25 dollar I would avoid this.

I have a question from the person who designed this toy?Are you sure these songs are for kids ????Another question why design the bottons opposite side of the face ??Every minute we need to take the toy and reverse it to press the bottonBecause each song stops after 1 minute ..Need to press again the botton
