I'm a picky-eater so it's hard for me to find things that are enjoyable and healthy. But this is great! The taste isn't weird, and it doesn't make me bloated. Ordered this for the house, my mom is a diabetic and so we're trying to all eat better for her. And again, it's great! I'd reccomend everyone eat this instead of the regular one.

Like this brand of pasta holds up well to sauce

I worked at Noodles & Company in my younger years and loved a long defunct dish they served way back when I worked there in the 2000’s, called “Whole Grain Tuscan Linguine.” This is what that dish used, and I still know the recipe, so I was happy to find this in bulk on here since I’ve never actually been able to find whole grain linguine in stores.

Besides being slightly higher in protein than the regular kind, it’s significantly higher in fiber. That means you feel full longer and get less of a spike in your blood sugar.On top of that this bulk pack is 10-20% cheaper per box than I’ve seen in grocery stores. It’ll take us a while to get through it, but it stays good on the shelf for a few months.
