The Skyhigh premium ladder has grippy wide steps which are comfortable and stable for bare or stockinged feet. The ladder is designed to stay and be used outside all year round in all weather conditions, with a special honeycomb tread design to drain rain water safely away without compromising strength, and UV protection so it won’t fade in sunlight. Flat hooks attach the ladder to the top rail of the trampoline remaining flat underneath the pads.

What a faff
Best way to assemble, use a flat head screwdriver to hold the nut, by gently pressing and catching it, use a cross head screwdriver to screw the bolt, nut must line up within the thread. Looks great however took to long to put together

It does the job
This ladder was brought to make it easier for the grandchildren to get on and off our trampoline. It does what we brought it for but only given it 3 stars because:1: it wasn't the easiest to build.2: there is no way of locking it to the trampoline. It is quite fiddly to build and the nuts fit in a small opening in the plastic step which make the nut difficult to align with the bolt and took me several attempts to get aligned but once it is built it feels sturdy. The ladder also hooks on to the trampoline easily but there is no way of locking it in position so it can move easily.

Great steps terrible assembly
Great steps but assembling the 4 nuts and bolts needs genius, terrible poor design but eventually managed to screw them together but took me ages

Steps tilt away from you
The ladder is too long for the height of the trampoline (I bought the 66-76cm ladder and the trampoline is 70cm high). This means the steps (which are almost perpendicular to the ladder, as the ladder is meant to be almost vertical) are not horizontal but tilted forward at an angle (away from you as you climb). So it's not ideal, but better than what we had before (an old chair). The ladder was a bit fiddly to assemble, but the instructions were impressively clear and well-written.

Unsteady, steps angled incorrectly, the most frustrating assembly EVER!
The reviews about assembly are spot on, it’s a horrible product to put together. The steps once assembled are angled wrong and tilting backwards. If you are lucky enough to have the perfect height of trampoline within the range stated on the product then you won’t have this problem. The plastic steps are loose on the frame even when screws are tightened.Thank you to all of the fellow sufferers who posted tips on assembly, it finally saved me having a trampoline ladder shaped hole in my wall.If you are unlucky enough to have already purchased and like me have discovered the seller won’t refund return cost of £13 and are ready to quit just try putting the bolt in the triangle next to the rectangle as suggested in the instructions. This hole actually holds the bolt in place while screwing into it unlike the suggested method.Good luck, keep going and you’ll beat this sod. At the end you can congratulate yourself and be the proud owner of a really bad trampoline ladder but you won’t have wasted £13 returning it. VICTORY!(Just don’t buy one)

Make sure you measure
I will save you A LOT of time building this. In the instructions where it says "You will need to put the bolt through the hole in the step then the side rail to secure the step in place. It may take a little bit of movement to get the bolt in position". Well it doesn't take a little bit of movement, it takes 20 minutes of constant and continued movement (and prayers). I did find a work around though: Once the bolt has been put in the hole, poke the supplied screwdriver through the hole and the bolt will automatically line up perfectly. Also, this is way too high, so when climbing you're putting your feet on the almost the side of the steps, which defeats the purpose of having wide steps. But I suppose I should have measured that.

Difficult to assemble and incorrect size
The instruction for assemble are good and easy to understand, the problem comes when you drop the lock nut into the hole, it is too deep and doesn't line up with the screw hole. So you have to use a magnet to lift it up into position. Then once the screw actually aligns and goes into the nut, the nut spins and there's no way to stop this as the hole is too small to for any tools in. I managed to do it by using a second screw driver and forcing into the nut to stop it spinning. What should take 5 mins to assemble took over 30 because of these issues.Once finally assembled it was the wrong size.I ordered the one for the 66 - 74 high trampoline and mine measures 68cm high. But the steps are massively sloping away. I lent the steps up against the trampoline to get a 'flat' step and it would suit a 90cm high trampoline.Having to dismantle note and return for refund. The steps are sturdy and would work well. But a little thought into the fixturing and specifying the correct height and they could be good.
