It really works
I'm glad everyone recommended these . I have been putting 1/8 of a teaspoon in my Golden Retrievers homemade food every day. It helps with her movements, she doesn't notice a taste and that is good because she is very picky.

Very dense powder, i don’t know how soluble it is but it’s very stubborn and doesn't transfer from object to object easily. I mix a small amount in with my cat’s dry food and it has slowly nullified the allergens she produces in her dander and saliva. Her coat looks shiny and her nails almost grow back a couple days after a trim.

Nice source of calcium in pet food.
I make my own dog food and this is a nice source of calcium. It’s a fine powder so is easily mixed in with food.

Finely ground
I didn't buy this for use with an animal, I bought it for my ice storm traumatized shrubs, especially the hollies, which will tell you how bad it was. When I knew a heavy rain was coming this summer, I poured a bunch into a hand held mesh strainer and shook this powder all around the base and onto all our shrubs. Since then the azaleas started blooming more and the damaged hollies have some new growth filling in the hollows where all the dead was cut off. Wasn't doing that before when we got rain so I have to believe what I've read about gardeners using eggshell powder on their plants with great results is true. I'm going to keep using it as a natural fertilizer for them.
