Works wonderful with my new phone

Upon opening the package that the item came in, I found the speaker/charger wrapped in a plastic bag. This threw me off, because I was expecting it to be in a box, and since it’s a charger, I was expecting a charging cord. I logged in to re-read the description, and found a video review of the item. This video review showed the young lady unboxing the item, also showing a card that you could sign and send with if it was a gift and of course a charging card cord. I will be returning the item. I have a certain expectation when I am buying electronics and that is to be in a box. I am only giving this one star because I can’t give it zero stars to put this through.

Love it! I have a Samsung galaxy that it works with and an iPhone that it works with. I couldn’t be happier.

I’m disappointed.I bought two of these chargers, one for my sister and one for myself. I received them a little over a month ago. At first, it charged my phone quickly. But after a couple of weeks, I noticed it takes a lot longer to charge my phone. I went back to my old plug-in charger, which now charges faster than the wireless one.
