USA - Michelin National Map 761: Map (Michelin National Maps, 761) Map – Folded Map, 9 Jan. 2012

What a great map. But be warned when unfurled and laid out, it’s almost bigger than the US itself. We used this to plan a route in the US rather than use it to navigate. And for planning purposes it was perfect. As it’s huge, the scale is obviously good. Nice and clear to mark off your routes.

Good overall, but the magnification of certain inserts could be higher, eg Miami. Might need to have two separate editions, ie one for North and one for South Florida

Just what I wanted to plan my USA road trip, I can’t be doing with maps on iPads. You can just fold it to the area you want. And unlike a map on a computer, you’ve always got it with you in the car.

It is a good map but it is very large - you need good floor space or a UK king sized bed. I haven't a vacant wall large enough

Very detailed , it’s much bigger than I expected , need a wall or floor to lay it all out fully !

Bought this as I read the Lee Child [Jack Reacher] thrillers and my knowledge of the geography of the United States is not good. Took me a while to work out from reading that New York is north of Washington. Tend to consult this map to find out where he is. One of my great buys
