I purchased the product and went to Europe tour Switzerland, UK & Germany. Even now i am writing the review from Switzerland. The product stopped working when I was in Germany. It seems a fuse problem or other defect but anyway, neither there are any instructions to repair on my own nor this is worth the price. Sorry, I have bad experience. Wish to return the same day I return India , Monday.

The adpater looks great and sturdy. However, the USB Ports stopped working on day 2 of the adapter Use. The multi USB ports did not serve the purpose and I had a difficult time in Europe charging my phones with just one socket available on the device. I reached out to the Seller. However, have not received any response. I could not find any support contact number or email address. I shared my issue with pics on the WhatsApp number that was shared to register the device. I haven't got any response on that Whatsapp message regarding support or product registration.

Good product and do hope that will have good utilisation during abroad trip.

This product is an average product as price is not worth of money.delicates and complicated. Not looks for long life.

Was very pleased with the product when I received it, however a week later the usb connections stopped working, it is fine if you want to plug anything now but cannot use it for a usb cable connection

Expensive and bulky

I bought this travel adapter 10 days ago and as soon as the return window closed, the product stopped working. I bought this item mainly coz it said it comes with a 3 year warranty. I contacted the What's app number that they asked me to contact for warranty and they immediately replied asking how the product was. As soon as I said the product is not working, they stopped responding, then I called Amazon that the seller is ghosting and I haven't got any response reg the warranty, then the seller responded and asked me to send a video of the product and then no response again. Finally after a day or 2 after multiple messages, the seller responded that he has sent the video to his team and will get back next day. Its been a few days since and no response again. I feel really cheated. Do not blindly trust the other reviews, I'm not sure how many of them are authentic. The product also has a side button issue, the button gets stuck and you have to pull it out with a sharp object to use the pins again..Update : Its been 20 days since I posted this review and the seller never responded back. Amazon said they can't help with the issue and they will only take action if I can get a Service denial letter from the seller. Well, I can't even get the seller to respond, how am I supposed to make him send service denial. On top of wasting money, its been a month of hassle and frustration. I also see there are more reviews after me that point to the same issue yet Amazon still highlights only the positive reviews. Check for the recent reviews rather than the Top reviews Amazon shows you by default. Please be wise and stay away from this seller.

I used this while my international travels to USA Europe and anz. No need to carry different adapters for each country . Hope this last long
