Motrr Galileo - App Controlled iOS Robotic Dock for Face Tracking, Pan/tilt Time-lapse Video, Spherical Photography, and More. (30-pin Model)

The Galileo is a great device. I've used it to mount an old iPhone to be used as a security Camera. It also helps produce great panoramas and time-lapses. The big drawback that I found is that on the two units I ordered, the Motrr app would not operate the device. I contacted the Mortrr and asked what the issue was. After some prodding and a week or so, they responded, saying there was a bug in their app and it was being addressed. That was months ago and there has yet to be an update. The third party apps they support all worked as advertised.So, while it is a great device and third party apps operate the Galileo fine, don't expect any support from the manufacturer.

I purchased the non-Bluetooth model and it has worked perfectly. I use the "Presence" app on my iPhone with this motion controller and it has worked perfectly. I leave my old 3gs on it in my living room and I use it to see what bad things my pets are up to. When I upgrade 4s, I am going to buy another one and put it in another room in my home. Great little unit!

This is one of the best things I have have bought. If you are thinking about getting one you have to get one because if you think about it this has so many uses like:1.face tracking,motion tracking and color tracking. p.s color tracking works the best.2.spherical photos,panoramas e.t.c3.Great battery life.4.makes cool sounds,has a cool hinge

I loved it.. used it everytime!..until I dropped it. Hopefully they still provide the much needed customer support. I would be willing to pay extra for the repair (I have the 30 pin), although I have another user saying he got a replacement from the manufacturer for FREE! I wish I could repair it myself!

Good product now the kids can't say it was like that when I came in or I didn't touch it or he did it or she did it and now I can see who is running in the house from anywhere so use this with that old iPhone you will not be disappointed

Do not buy. Apps are all updated to iOS 8. If you have a iPhone 3 or 4 you cannot update to that latest iOS. If you have a 4s you are covered this fall when the new iOS 9 comes out. The mount will not work with out the apps.

Well fun while it lasted (for a very short time) I've had this a little over a year and the company no longer supports their product and neither does anyone else. So I essentially have an over priced docking station that I can't do anything with. Rip off!!!

Did not work at all. Have an Iphone 4 with ios7 and the Motrr software does not recognize its Galileo. Went to website for support and saw others with similar problems. expecting firmare update at the end of the month.
