It has an excellent mineral mixture. Not only to get rid of the acid within your system, but also to have a perfect replenish after sports. The good amount of potassium and magnesium is definitely going to prevent me from having muscle cramps (which is important for me as I'm a fitness instructor and personal trainer and exercise several hours a day).The fact that is provides potassium CITRATE (which is an alkaline) will also help me neutralise my body if too much lactic acid has been produced after workouts (which means I'll have less muscle soreness).Potassium citrate will also help me to prevent high acid levels in the urine (keep a healthy bladder), any built up of kidney stones, prevention of high blood pressure or even any form of fungus (athletes foot, thrush, ringworm etc).So for that I'm very happy because it's one of the best mineral mixes I've seen.The only downfall is the incredibly high percentage of starch in this mixture. For someone who is on a low carb diet and watches refined carbs, this is extremely bad, because starch is one of the worst form of carbs you can consume. This will be my minus point for this product, as it's simply too much filler starch in this product. You basically buy 150grams of good minerals and 600grams of cheap maize starch with this product ;) Perhaps this is to prevent overdose?Any way, the actual mineral mixture is very good and I can highly recommend it for anyone who is very much into sports.I would NOT recommend it for people having weak kidneys (they need to watch out their potassium), for people on a low carb diet (far too much starch in this product) or for people with a sedentary lifestyle.
