Thank you for this greatest tablet that is part of a gift on my birthday that is past four weeks ago and yet among on having a chance to order it with this $100 gift card that I got from my mother who isn't able to use it around holiday shopping on mid - december last year as of now she is willing to give it to me in a willing to what's needed to be done on go on ordering the tablet for a couple of weeks ago following to get two other things in separate orders on Amazon. And I'm so glad it's a blessing to have another device to go through with special occasions anytime, anywhere I can. Especially go through installing and put up the finishing touches on my google account's mainframe in it just like my galaxy note 20 cellphone there the same in one but I had to put a Sim card in my galaxy a10e tablet that Is the only source to save my files in it but I needs more time as much as I could figure it out on to have the Sim card's slot door open gently but it'll take months to do it in order to complete it unless I'll have someone to help out to solve it, thank you Amazon! You make my day worth excellent.

This renewed tablet arrived in pristine condition with a charger and cable and also included a SIM tray tool. The device looks no different than a brand new unit and saved me some money over a new one. Setup was extremely easy and I simply swapped my TMO SIM card (nano size) from my old tablet into this one giving it instant cellular LTE connectivity. The SIM tray also has a spot for an SD memory card, in which I installed a 128GB card for podcasts, music, and other files. This lets you keep the resident 32GB memory available for the tablet's operating system. Fortunately, the charging connector uses USB-C and therefore matches the rest of my devices. If you're a holdout for a headphone jack, this tablet still has one. An Android OS security update installed soon after start-up and the software features numerous customization features. Overall, a nice, thrifty tablet that meets my portability needs.

Physically, this Lenovo tablet is undoubtedly well designed, manufactured, and assembled. It's a delight to hold and look at. However...Imagine if you will, a lovely designer purse, except one that has a trap door in the bottom that makes it impossible to hold anything. In other words, imagine a product that fails at its basic function.This small, inexpensive, Lenovo tablet, for whatever reason, struggles, even when being turned on or off. It operates as if it were an overloaded Volkswagen Beetle climbing the highest peak in the country.Setting an alarm or accessing any of even my least demanding apps takes ages. If you want to set yourself up for pure frustration, try having two apps active at the same time.This device would have been a modern miracle 25 years ago. Today, it's a boat anchor, and incapable of giving any relaxation or pleasure when playing a simple, offline version of solitaire.Navigating any options and choices menu, or anything within the settings, is like suddenly being confronted with a language that's never before been spoken on earth. It seems to be neither Apple nor Android, off and living in an unfamiliar world of its own.The one thing I don't want any product to do is to cause me to be frustrated. This is why I used this particular product for a week or so, and then returned it.

I’d give this 5 stars for function and all, but, even knowing that it was a refurbished I didn’t expect the issue it had. The sim tray tool that was sent with the tablet broke when trying to open the sim slot (that wasn’t fun getting out), and there was one dent in the side of the body, literally ON the hole for the slot release. Add to the fact the slot lock is broken internally so I had to use a push pin to open it, I’m not looking forward to adding a memory card. But, those little issues are all I have had. Otherwise it’s been near perfect

This device doesn't make phone calls. This is not a phone. The 4g LTE is only for data.

La tablet llegó bien ,hasta ahora funciona bien ,es tal cual lo describen ,tiene un pequeño rasguño en la pantalla ,pero es aceptable, la batería tiene buena duración .sí lo recomiendo

This was a gift for an older relative who needed to upgrade from a similar tablet. The older tablet was running an old version of Android, as no further O/S upgrades were offered by the manufacturer for such an old device. The upgrade and data transfer went smoothly, other than an issue with the primary chat application not transferring all of the outstanding data due to messages still coming in during the activity - not the fault of the device or software. Having mobile data functionality available as an option is a plus, although it hasn't been set up. The tablet's doing a good job, and I've heard no complaints.
