Disappointed and sad
I can tell this bed would've been such a cute addition to my toddlers bedroom but unfortunately they sent pieces that looked like they were used and poorly made. I've tried to follow the not so great directions provided and using everything correctly but because the holes were poorly made, what they provided isn't holding the bed frame together. Such a shame and waste of money. Also a side note, the screws aren't labeled so you are left having to guess which screw goes where. I'm a single mother, struggling to make ends meet and bought this as my toddlers birthday surprise, I'm very disappointed.Update: The company reached out directly, and sent a replacement bed in much better condition. Screws were labeled this time and the bed was much easier to assemble, my toddler is loving it.

Poorly made
It took forever to arrive (they pushed it back an additional month). When it did arrive, our daughter was really excited, but we soon realized that it was barely usable. It had been pretty beat up in packaging. The pink "leather" was scratched in several places. Assembly was a nightmare because the holes don't line up, and the threads for the screws were really dirty. On top of all that, the headboard does fit with the sideboard because the holes are on the wrong side of the headboard (they are on the opposite corner from the footboard). So we couldn't install the sideboard at all. Feels like we kind of got scammed. Very much a waste of money.
